The essence of meditation is simply to reach a ‘state of being’

Come and join us for silence, reflection, poetry and music.

 Children’s Programme – This week we are beginning a ten-session unit called Rainbow Children to celebrate our similarities and diversity.  In this first session will be looking at the UN Declaration of the Rights of the Child. We will begin to explore the value of our differences and the concept that all children have the same rights and needs.

*Last Sunday’s Chancel Flower Arrangement – Sponsored by Sharon Neal in memory of her mother, Eva Walker, combined with the flowers given by Martine Addis & Edward Hartridge who were married here last week.

This week’s flower arrangement is for Valentine’s Day

If you have someone or an event to celebrate or remember, say it with flowers and help decorate the Chapel for our worship together.

 Meet and Eat with the Transylvanian ministry students! – Sunday 15th February

Thanks in part to your generous donations in October, three Unitarian ministry students from Transylvania will be spending a week in the UK with the ministry students who are training in Oxford.  They will be at the Chapel service on Sunday 15th February and you are invited to join us for a potluck lunch after the service.  Please help the organisers (Ingrid Tavkar & Margaret Perry) by bringing a plate of food to share.
