Send correspondence related to your enquiry
Record contact details as required by the Government’s Track and Trace regulations.
If you are a registered Chapel Member, to help you keep in touch with other Members (with your permission to do so)

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in a password protected server and/or physical safe within the Chapel. If you do provide us with any sensitive personal data, we will ensure that it is kept securely and only kept for as long as we need it.

We keep contact details related to Trace and Trace for 21 days. We keep contact details related to mailing list or membership until you request to be removed. We will then dispose your information by destroying physical records or deleting electronic data. We will review the data that we hold from time to time and delete anything we no longer need.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
